In her role as Managing Director of the human resource service practice, Ms. Warthen is responsible for leading the entity’s HR outsourcing solutions with small to midsize organizations based in the Maryland – D.C. area.
Ms. Warthen brings to BlueStone Services over 20 years of experience in providing HR outsourcing and consulting services for clients in a variety of industries. Ms. Warthen provides knowledge to drive business goals through HR efficiency, compliance, and talent management. She partners well with small to mid-sized organization’s management teams by delivering a balance of strategic and tactical support, allowing maximization of an organization’s HR budget. Ms. Warthen’s depth of experience and knowledge of the HR process brings a much-needed level of structure to an organization so teams can focus on what they do best.
