Located along the main commercial corridor of Route 17 just off Interstate 95, Carter’s Crossing is a fully-leased, Target shadow anchored triple net retail center with a national tenant roster including PetSmart, Anytime Fitness and T-Mobile.
The asset was acquired by Commonwealth Self Storage on June 16, 2021 for $8,525,000 ($210/SF). Catharine Spangler with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group handled the sale negotiations.
