Zac Ruiz Joins CRED iQ Advisory Board

CRED iQ, the commercial real estate data, analytics, and valuation startup announced the addition of Zac Ruiz to its advisory board. Ruiz joins CRED iQ with over 20 years of experience working on technology teams across a variety of industries including 10 years in securitization and capital markets. He will help lead data strategy, quality control and UI/UX efforts.

Ruiz operates a Data Lab and was previously the Vice President of Global Technology for DBRS where he architected the DBRS internal transaction management systems and provided technical support for model development initiatives. He has led teams of software engineers to execute product strategies and road maps while refining agile software development methodologies.
