Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced Kendra Payne will be assuming the Assistant Community Manager position at The Crossings at White Marsh Apartments, a multifamily community located in Perry Hall, Maryland. Ms. Payne was previously a Portfolio Specialist for CRC.
In her new position, Ms. Payne will assist in supervising the on-site professional team responsible for marketing, leasing, and property management functions at The Crossings at White Marsh Apartments. Her role will include addressing, finding, and overseeing solutions for delinquency, residential relations, and residential renewals. Ms. Payne will also support the Community Manager to maintain peak occupancy and operational efficiency of the multifamily community.
Located at 1 Lincoln Woods Way, The Crossings at White Marsh is comprised of one and two-bedroom units ranging from 660 to 1,010 square feet of space. The community contains two outdoor swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center that is available 24 hours a day, a Cyber Lounge with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor BBQ/picnic area, a playground, electric vehicle charging stations and a Bark Park for dogs. Directly adjacent to MD Route 43 and Interstate 95, the community is served by numerous retailers, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Ms. Payne has more than 10 years of business, marketing, and residential real estate experience. Her past positions include working with David S. Brown Enterprises as a Leasing Consultant for a multifamily community in Owings Mills, plus serving as Retail Manager for Aerosoles and an Events Coordinator for Coppin State University.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Morgan State University and is certified by the National Apartment Association as a National Apartment Leasing Professional.
