Edge, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania, has announced the hiring of Emiliano Morales Flores as Market Research Analyst. Mr. Morales Flores, who brings more than five years of business, commercial real estate and financial analysis experience to this new role, spent the past two years as a Market Analyst for CoStar Group.
In his new position, Mr. Morales Flores will conduct macroeconomic research to determine emerging trends that can be utilized to make educated real estate decisions in the commercial office, retail, warehouse/industrial and multifamily industry sectors with predictive analysis. This includes utilizing state-of-the-art research processes and data collection techniques to generate market-specific analysis, reports and presentations that can be used by landlords, owners, investors, tenants and other real estate stakeholders. Mr. Morales Flores will also participate in industry-sponsored panels to present current and expected market conditions.
Mr. Morales Flores also worked as a Researcher for Value Tech Realty Services. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of South Florida and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland at College Park.
