15,400 square-foot space to be used for offices and new design center
PulteGroup, one of the largest home builders in South Florida, has opened a new regional headquarters in West Palm Beach, Florida and a design center under the same roof.
The national builder has leased 15, 400 square feet at the Centrepark office complex located at 1475 Centrepark Blvd. “This move gives us additional space we need to accommodate our growing team in the Southeast Florida region and gives buyers a single location to visit to pick out their flooring, faucets and other design elements,” said Brent Baker, PulteGroup Southeast Division President.
Baker said the new space will accommodate 70 employees including those who work at Pulte Mortgage and PulteGroup Title, both affiliated companies. Prior to the move, Pulte leased space at an office building in Palm Beach Gardens.
In Southeast Florida, PulteGroup builds under the Pulte Homes, DiVosta and Del Webb brands. PulteGroup in Southeast Florida will close over 1,100 homes in 2021 in 16 unique geographic locations from Vero Beach to Hollywood. Home prices range from the mid $200s to over $1 million. The builder will open 7 new communities in 2021 across the Southeast Florida region.
