TCP Venture Capital’s Propel Baltimore Fund is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Whitebox raised $18 million in Series B funding led by Noro-Moseley Partners. This is the Propel Baltimore Fund’s third investment in Whitebox said Christopher College, Managing Partner of TCP.
