Pulte Homes kicked off its virtual grand opening of Ocean Cove in Stuart late this month with a first release of its 80 townhomes. Attendees immediately booked all 38 sales appointments, giving them first opportunity to buy using the “Easy Offer Process.” Pulte is making more townhomes available Memorial Day weekend.
“Potential buyers were able to submit up to three offers for the opportunities they were interested in,” said Brent Baker, president of PulteGroup’s southeast region. “Because the individuals did not know each other’s offers bids, they avoided the stress and complications that come from rounds of competing offers that you often see in the current market.”
Interested buyers at the grand opening held one-on-one meetings with sales representatives where Ocean Cove residences and the Easy Offer Process were described. This process replaced the reservation list that PulteGroup has used with other communities. Winning customers will move in later this year.
The community is now open to the general public. In the second release of townhomes, PulteGroup will offer quick move-in homes with predetermined options. The residences will be available to all prospects for the easy offer process starting on May 28.
Buyers can choose from two floor plans, the Seacrest with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a 1-car garage. The first floor has a large gathering room connected to the kitchen on the first floor. Above, the owner’s suite has a private bath and spacious walk-in closet.
The Grayton design also has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus a 2-car garage. The open-plan first floor has a large gathering room, café and kitchen. The owner’s suite on the second floor features lots of sunlight, a private bath and a walk-in closet.
Ocean Cove sits near the bridge to Sewall’s Island in a secluded area just off Southeast Ocean Avenue Boulevard and is just minutes from downtown Stuart. Residents will be close to fine and casual dining, arts and entertainment, and Hutchinson Island. The homes will be within walking distance of a Fresh Market supermarket and one block from the Evans Crary Bridge that leads to public beaches.
