Premier multifamily management firm adds nearly 1,000 units in greater Charlotte market
RKW Residential, one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily management firms, expanded its North Carolina portfolio with three significant new Charlotte-area assignments totaling 925 apartment units. The additions build on RKW’s established presence in its home market and reflect deepening relationships with key developer partners.
The new communities include Bond on Mint, a high-profile, 393-unit luxury high-rise in the heart of Charlotte developed by Kayne Capital. This flagship assignment showcases RKW’s ability to compete at the top tier of the multifamily market and further strengthens its position in the Southeast.
Also in Charlotte, Frazier at Mallard Creek, a 295-unit property from longstanding partner Delray Ventures. This marks an 11-year relationship between the two firms, highlighting the trust and performance RKW consistently delivers to its clients.
Rounding out the new assignments is Novel Davidson, a 237-unit development from Crescent Communities located in the walkable and vibrant downtown area of Davidson, North Carolina. This marks RKW’s sixth year working alongside Crescent Communities, a collaboration built on shared values between the two firms.
