Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania has brokered a full-building lease with LC Logistics Services, Inc. for 486,812 square feet of space within 1950 River Road, a Class “A” industrial/warehouse located in Burlington, New Jersey that was delivered late last year. Tony Rod, SIOR, Brian Knowles, SIOR, Patrick Lafferty II, each Principals with Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania, as well as Andrew Landolfi, Associate, represented the landlord, TA Realty, and Scott Mertz, SIOR, President of NAI Mertz Corporation represented the tenant in this transaction.
Headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, LC Logistics provides freight delivery services throughout North America and presently operations locations in California, Georgia and North Carolina. The company provides total transportation solutions to companies needing the movement of goods, storage and warehousing and supply chain services.
Situated on just over 43 acres of land, 1950 River Road is equipped with 36-foot ceiling heights, 86external loading docks, two grade level doors, and a parking area that accommodate 264 cars and 103 trailers. Constructed with reinforced concrete flooring, the column spacing of the layout is 54’ by 54’ and the available office space can be built-to-suit to suit the requirements of the tenant.
The building is located less than two miles from NJ Route 130, which leads to a full interchange of the New Jersey Turnpike (Exit 6) and Interstate 295, providing both north-south and east-west access throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan region and New Jersey, as well as New York and Baltimore. Philadelphia and the Port of Philadelphia is less than 30 miles from the site, the Ports of Wilmington and Elizabeth are approximately 60 miles away and New York City can be reached in 70 miles. Four United Parcel Service and FedEx facilities in New Jersey and Philadelphia are situated within a half-hour drive from the building.
