Vinyl Equity, a Chicago, IL-based transfer agent for public companies, raised $11.5M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Index Ventures and Spark Capital with participation from Infinity Ventures, Cambrian Fintech, and other angels.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
