Al Biernat’s North Presents an Evening with Silver Oak Winery

Exclusive four-course meal experience paired with a selection of hand-picked wines

Al Biernat’s North is excited to present an evening with Silver Oak Winery on Thursday, April 24. Guests will have the opportunity to savor a delicious four-course meal, including Bourbon-cured Salmon Carpaccio and Grilled Buffalo Ribeyepaired with a selection of wines from Silver Oak.

The special event starts with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. hosted by Al Biernat’s North. The attendees will have the opportunity to experience the divine flavors of Silver Oak wines while enjoying the beloved hospitality of Al Biernat’s. The event will feature a curated menu by Chef Luis, highlighting the best seasonal ingredients that perfectly complement each wine selection. Reception:

  • Passed hors d’oeuvres paired with a 2022 Price Hill Chardonnay

First Course:

  • Grilled vegetable and arugula salad paired with a 2023 Twomey Sauvignon Blanc

Second Course:

  • Bourbon-cured salmon carpaccio paired with a 2022 Twomey Pinot Noir

Third Course:

  • Grilled buffalo ribeye paired with 2019 Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet

Fourth Course:

  • Triple chocolate mousse cake paired with a 2019 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet
