Le Colonial Delray Beach Will Offer Special Mother’s Day Menu Items for Lunch and Dinner

Le Colonial, the acclaimed French-Vietnamese restaurant located at 601 East Atlantic Avenue in downtown Delray Beach, will offer a number of specials for Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 11. Le Colonial will serve Mother’s Day lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. The special menu items will be available until they run out.

Mother’s Day specials include:

Small Plates:

Sui Cao Bi Ngo, Squash Dumplings ($18), with butternut squash and truffle lemon butter sauce; Vit Confit, Duck Confit Chausson ($20), with Hudson Valley duck confit, carrots, green onion, mushrooms, mission fig duck jus and house salad; and Goi Cua, Crab Salad ($28), with lump crab, endive, apple, serrano peppers, spicy citrus dressing and sesame.

Large Plates:

Banh Quiche Chay, Mushroom & Bok Choy Quiche ($28), with garlicky gailan, bok choy, house salad and garlic chili crunch; Cari Suon Cuu, Lamb Curry ($46), with Colorado lamb shank, Massaman curry, seasonal root vegetables, fresh herbs and jasmine rice; and Bo Kho, Braised Short Rib Clay Pot ($45), with slow cooked boneless short ribs, crispy taro, Thumbelina carrots and Vietnamese spiced jus.

The dessert special is a Cherry Almond Tart ($15), with almond cream, black cherries, coconut ice cream and toasted almonds.
