More importantly they negotiated exterior building signage, not an easy feat for an office of our size.”
Jacobs explains “This deal was a complex transaction that was made possible by leveraging our relationships across the national capitol region, which allowed us to cast a wide net and find a space that wasn’t on the market but a company who was open to terminating their lease early. We used this information to exercise an option to terminate for the existing in place company and PCI-GI was able to backfill the legacy high end and fully furnished space right away.”
