REAL New York announces the newest addition to their team: seasoned real estate executive Erika Marks. Marks will serve as Director of New Development Leasing, focusing on expanding the firm’s footprint in leasing and marketing for both ground-up new developments and conversion projects.

Through her expertise and innovative approach, Erika’s team set new neighborhood records, even during the challenging period of COVID. She expertly integrated marketing strategies, directed creative teams, and ensured smooth project management, demonstrating her exceptional ability to navigate market challenges.
Throughout her career, Erika has played a key role in facilitating over $120 million in residential real estate transactions, showcasing her exceptional dedication to each project.
