Newly Founded Nonprofit Organization to Locate its Inaugural Headquarters Within Resnick’s Plaza District Tower
Jack Resnick & Sons today announced a new 10-year, 6,733-square-foot lease with the Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation at 133 East 58th Street, its 15-story office building located in the heart of Manhattan’s prestigious Plaza District.
The Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation, a newly-founded nonprofit, offers a comprehensive range of programs addressing the physical, emotional and social challenges faced by individuals with Parkinson’s disease. The organization’s first ever headquarters will occupy part of the building’s sixth floor and serve as its central hub for wellness programs, community engagement and advocacy for the Parkinson’s community. Resnick will execute a full buildout of the space ahead of the Parkinson’s Wellness Foundation’s planned move-in in the summer of 2025.

Built in 1930 and acquired by Jack Resnick & Sons in 1968, 133 East 58th Street is conveniently situated at the corner of Lexington Avenue, just steps from the Lexington Avenue/59th Street subway station, Park Avenue, numerous bus lines and local retail including the Apple Store and Bloomingdale’s.
