Over the past 25 years, Newgard has successfully delivered 13 residential projects, totaling over 2,600 units and more than 10 million square feet across key markets, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando and Austin, Texas.
The company’s journey began with boutique developments, such as Gables View in 2004, and quickly expanded into large-scale, game-changing projects. The 374-unit BrickellHouse, completed in the aftermath of the Great Recession, was a bold bet on Miami’s resurgence and helped catalyze Brickell’s real estate boom.
This momentum continued with Centro, the first residential tower in downtown Miami built without a parking garage, anticipating the city’s shift toward walkability and urban efficiency.
Pioneering Flexible Ownership with the Natiivo Brand
Always ahead of market trends, Newgard pioneered the “flexible ownership” model, giving buyers the ability to monetize their properties through short-term rentals without restrictions. This concept was first tested at Gale Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach (2018) and became the foundation for Natiivo, a pioneering brand offering fully serviced, short-term rental-approved residences.
