Euna Solutions, a Chicago, IL-based provider of SaaS solutions purpose-built for the public sector, acquired AmpliFund, a Cleveland, OK-based provider of a grant management platform provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisitions, Euna Solutions will enhance existing grant management product suite, further solidifying its commitment to delivering innovative and comprehensive tools for government agencies, nonprofits, and other public sector organizations.
