Hotel Revival Baltimore, an award-winning hotel within the New Waterloo portfolio of properties, presents “The Remedy: Woman, Rest,” a transformative installment of its signature wellness workshop series, “The Remedy.” The event, taking place Wednesday, March 19, 2025, during Women’s History Month, invites participants to engage in an open conversation about the weight of womanhood and the necessity of learning to release what is not theirs to hold.
Through panel discussions on mindfulness, self-kindness and intentional forgiveness, attendees will explore the power of rest, self-love and the grace of setting boundaries. This conversation will encourage participants to redefine responsibility, embrace gentleness and prioritize the sacred act of resting. Featuring insightful perspectives from Dr. Jeanelle Spencer of ZEHBRAS Fitness Club (@zehbrasfitness), Amber Hurt of The Adulting Queen (@theadultingqueen), and local esthetician Ciera Woods (@cithealchemist), the panel will guide attendees through meaningful conversations on reclaiming well-being.
