Each year, NARI presents awards to association members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The Remodeler of the Year Awards, formerly Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards, are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. With 477 entries submitted nationwide, each project was judged with meticulous standards and criteria. This year, more than 160 regional companies earned this prestigious honor, collectively representing over $190 million in remodeling projects.

Highlights of the projects that won BOWA Remodeler of the Year awards include:
Entire House Over $1,000,000: In Great Falls, Virginia, BOWA transformed a beloved home into a personal gallery that reflected its client’s unique artistic tastes. Features include a reimagined kitchen with expansive counter space, a marble entryway for the dining room, custom shelving to provide ample storage, a vibrant guest room, and an outdoor patio with a pool, a private tennis court, and cozy fireplace seating.
Residential Bath Over $150,000: In McLean, Virginia, BOWA reimagined a primary bedroom suite by transforming it into a primary bathroom. The project features elegant White Cliff Quartz countertops, refined brass hardware, and custom cabinetry with sophisticated finishes. The light, airy color scheme helped to brighten the room and transform it into a spa-like retreat.
