Kimberly Ruark has been promoted to principal in the tax practice. With more than 20 years of experience in tax and audit services, Kim provides tax compliance, planning, and consulting to closely held businesses, individuals, nonprofits, trusts, and employee benefit plans. She has extensive expertise in flow-through entities, including S corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts. A licensed CPA in Maryland, Kim holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salisbury University.
