Foxfield Announces a Series of Key Promotions

Today, Foxfield, a leading real estate investment and development firm focused on industrial and residential markets across the East Coast, announced a series of key promotions. Headquartered in Boston with offices in Atlanta and Philadelphia, these promotions reflect the company’s continued growth and commitment to high-quality investments and developments across its expansive portfolio.

The promotions span Foxfield’s Boston, Atlanta and Philadelphia offices and include:

Garrett Hatton, Managing Director of Asset Management: Since joining Foxfield two years ago, Garrett has made a tremendous impact on the company’s asset management strategies and execution. As Managing Director of Asset Management, he will lead Foxfield’s Asset Management team, oversee the execution of Foxfield’s business plans and maximize the value of the company’s portfolio.

Mark Tang, Managing Director of Development and Construction: A leader in real estate law, Mark joined the Foxfield team in 2021, bringing his expertise on a range of legal components including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land use, development and permitting to his role. In his new position as Managing Director of Development and Construction, Mark is

Mark is responsible for managing Foxfield’s permitting, development and construction efforts and the development and construction team.

Walter Cabot, Vice President of Development: Walter joined Foxfield in 2018 and serves as Vice President of Development at Foxfield LLC, supporting the firm’s permitting and development strategy with a focus on entitlements, permitting, design, and construction. Previously, he led Foxfield’s acquisitions efforts in the Mid-Atlantic industrial market.

Rob Caderas, Vice President of Acquisitions: Based in the company’s Atlanta office, Rob Caderas is Foxfield’s new Vice President of Acquisitions at Foxfield. A member of Foxfield’s acquisitions team since he joined the company in 2020, Rob is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing new investments across the East Coast.

Andrew Cowan, Vice President of Asset Management: In his new role as Vice President of Asset Management, Andrew is responsible for Foxfield’s overall asset management strategies and processes. These include financial underwriting, portfolio performance, quarterly projections, property valuation, and lease analysis. He also generates investor distributions, cash forecasts, capital spending budgets, and investor deliverables for the firm’s portfolio. He joined Foxfield in 2018 as an Asset Manager.

Jackie Eamer, Director: Jackie joined Foxfield in 2018, and most recently held the title of Vice President and Controller before her promotion to the Director role. Jackie will continue to serve as the Controller of Foxfield LLC. She is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s portfolio and corporate accounting, as well as corporate governance and compliance guidelines.

Nick Eddy, Senior Vice President of Construction: Nick joined Foxfield in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing all construction projects from ground-up development to tenant improvements. Nick is well-versed in all aspects of real estate accounting, asset management and construction management, bringing a diverse skill set to the firm and his new role as Senior Vice President of Construction.
