Suarez has led The Casino @ Dania Beach into one of its most successful years in recent history.Suarez began his gaming career as a Dice Dealer in a casino in Puerto Rico and quickly progressed to Operations Manager. In 2005 he moved to South Florida, working at the prestigious accounting Firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. In 2008, he returned to the casino industry, working in progressively expanded roles at South and Central American casinos, serving as the General Manager for the Ritz Carlton in Puerto Rico, Chief Sales and Marketing Director for Sun Monticello in Chile and General Manager atthe Ocean Sun Casino in Panama.

The Casino @ Dania Beach is known to have “the loosest slots in Broward County” and featuresmore than 750 slot machines, 20 live poker tables and a simulcast lounge andsports bar. Arnaldo comes to The Casino @ Dania Beach with over 23 years of experience in the casino industry. His career began in 1993, as a Casino Dice Dealer in Puerto Ricowhere he moved his way up to Operations Manager. In 2005, he moved to South Florida where he was offered a position as an Associate at the Accounting Firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC. During his tenure at PwC, he was promoted to Senior Associate. In 2008, his professional endeavors brought him back to the casino industry and expanded to South and Central America where his positions included, Casino GM for the Ritz Carlton in Puerto Rico, Chief Sales and Marketing Director for Sun Monticello in Chile and GM for Ocean Sun Casino in Panama. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico. Mr. Suarez is also a die-hard Miami sports fan, enjoys golfing and good wine. When he’s not working, he loves spending time with his family over dinner or relaxing at the beach.
