Noosh Grill opens today, February 26th at Twinbrooke Centre. The restaurant, located on Braddock Road in Fairfax, is next to the Virginia ABC Store and Tony’s NY Pizza.
Noosh was created from a simple idea: bringing people together over fresh, handcrafted food that tastes like it was cooked at home. Owners Rasool Sardar and Fahim Ghiacy are Afghan Americans who grew up surrounded by the warmth of family meals. They created Noosh, a place filled with the same sense of comfort and connection, at the heart of everything they serve.
The menu features elevated takes on classics like NYC-style rice bowls, smash burgers, and subs that blend old recipes with American favorites, such as the Chapli Chopped Cheese and Chapli Over Rice Bowl. Every dish is made with care using high-quality, 100% Halal ingredients. Specialties include hand-marinated, freshly grilled chicken and Noosh’s signature white sauce and burger sauce.
