Vlada Lotkina: Building Smarter Teams for Tomorrow’s Workforce

Vlada Lotkina has never shied away from ambitious challenges. From transforming how schools and families collaborate to reshaping workforce enablement through AI, her career is a masterclass in rethinking systems for the better.

At the heart of her work lies a simple yet powerful belief: when you invest in people, you unlock transformative growth—both for individuals and businesses.

With a proven track record of scaling startups, and now a “stealth venture” in insurance underway, Lotkina’s on a mission to usher in a new future for this sector. It’s one that belongs to leaders who empower their agents to thrive—not just get by, where being an insurance agent is more than a job—it’s a career built on confidence, success, and pride.

As co-founder and CEO of ClassTag, Lotkina redefined school-family communication, connecting more than 5 million parents, teachers, and administrators to foster student success. Under her leadership, ClassTag’s innovative platform improved collaboration and delivered measurable outcomes, paving the way for its successful acquisition.

After exiting ClassTag, Lotkina launched Elev8or Lab, a growth platform helping early-stage tech founders scale efficiently. Through hands-on mentorship, actionable growth strategies, and proven frameworks, Elev8or Lab empowers founders to turn big ideas into thriving businesses—without wasting resources or momentum.

“Growth isn’t about pouring money into every problem,” Lotkina says. “It’s about aligning your team’s potential with your company’s goals. That’s how you achieve sustainable results.”

Lotkina’s entrepreneurial path has been anything but linear. From rebuilding in the aftermath of geopolitical turmoil in Ukraine to balancing motherhood and a rapidly scaling startup, her journey is proof that resilience is a founder’s greatest asset.

“The secret isn’t just strategy—it’s adaptability,” Lotkina shares. “When you put people first—whether it’s employees, customers, or communities—you create a foundation for sustainable, capital-efficient growth.”

Beyond building businesses, Lotkina remains committed to mentorship, inclusion, and empowerment. Whether guiding founders, supporting immigrant entrepreneurs, or investing in workforce development, she champions growth at every level.

Those same principles are core to Entrepreneurs’ Organization South Florida (EO SOFLO), a group she joined in 2023.

EO SOFLO is one of the world’s largest EO chapters, and works to foster entrepreneurship and overall economic growth in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.  More than 300 EO SOFLO member companies account for more than $3 billion in yearly revenues and 11,000 jobs in the tri-county area. For founders and principals of businesses with at least $2.5 million in annual revenues, EO SOFLO features numerous innovative learning, peer-to-peer sharing and exciting networking experiences for members.

“Vlada is an accomplished entrepreneur who understands when you invest in people, you’re not just helping them succeed—you’re driving innovation, strengthening teams, and creating ripples of impact across entire industries,” said Leonard Goldberg, EO SOFLO president and founder of Gold Aviation Services.

Through Elev8or Lab and her new developing insurance venture, Lotkina is redefining what success looks like in the workplace. She’s proving that capital efficiency and human impact aren’t mutually exclusive—they’re two sides of the same coin.

For forward-thinking leaders ready to align people, purpose, and growth, Lotkina’s efforts offer a playbook for building smarter teams and better businesses.
