NeighborWorks Housing Solutions Awarded $250,000 Grant from MassHealth Health-Related Social Needs Integration Fund

NeighborWorks Housing Solutions (NHS), the leading housing service provider in southern Massachusetts, is excited to announce that it has been awarded a grant of $249,999.64 from the MassHealth Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Integration Fund.  This is the second year in a row that NeighborWorks Housing Solutions has received a HRSN Integration Fund grant.

The purpose of the HRSN Integration Fund is to support Massachusetts community-based organizations interested in becoming MassHealth managed care providers to provide housing and nutrition services to eligible MassHealth members. Specifically, the HRSN Integration Fund supports community-based organizations to increase knowledge and capacity, enhance technology, and put in place systems and processes to enable them to effectively participate as Health-Related Social Needs Providers.

“We are deeply honored to receive the HRSN grant, which will significantly enhance our ability to address the health-related social needs of our community,” said Robert Corley, CEO of NeighborWorks Housing Solutions. “This grant is not just a financial boost; it is a testament to the belief in our mission and the impact we strive to make; with this support, we are empowered to create lasting change and improve the lives of those we serve.”
