New Office Fosters Growth, Mission Advancement and National Expansion
Dwyer Workforce Development (DWD), a national healthcare workforce development nonprofit, today announced the opening of its new headquarters at 2 Hamill Road, Suite 245, Baltimore, MD, in The Village of Cross Keys. The Baltimore development, owned and being revitalized by Caves Valley Partners, welcomes DWD as its largest office tenant to date at the Quadrangle, the office building located at Cross Keys.
Featuring 9,396 square feet of office space, the headquarters, created in partnership with Constantine Commercial Construction and Nancy Foreman Design, was designed to support DWD’s recent and future growth as the nonprofit continues to advance its mission and expand its footprint throughout Greater Baltimore and the country.
The new space features 50 workstations, conference rooms, huddle rooms, reception area, and cafe area – and exterior signage visible from I-83. Most of the office furniture was donated by RCM&D. Additional furniture and supplies were donated by CFG Bank. Singer Damareck Real Estate served as the commercial real estate agent. MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate acted as the landlord’s broker.

In conjunction with this expansion, DWD is excited to announce the opening of several new local positions, including Resource Center Program Coordinator, Case Manager, Service Navigator and Program Navigator. As DWD grows, the nonprofit is committed to building a talented team that drives its mission forward and makes a meaningful impact on the communities it serves.
This year, DWD plans to provide Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and job placement support, case management, and wraparound services to over 3,500 individuals across Maryland, Texas, and Florida. Those placed in healthcare careers will achieve an estimated $80 million in annual earnings. Since its inception in 2021, DWD has successfully trained and placed nearly 6,000 Scholars.

Cross Keys was originally developed in 1965 by Jim Rouse, the visionary founder of The Rouse Company. The property was acquired by Baltimore-based Caves Valley Partners in 2020 and is actively undergoing a comprehensive redevelopment, including the completed renovation of Village Square and the ongoing construction of two new restaurant pads, which are nearing completion.
