Big-box space located at Miami International Mall in Doral
An affiliate of The Easton Group acquired a JC Penney store and adjacent parking lot in Doral for $12.2 million. The 150,108-square-foot big-box space is within the Miami International Mall, which has a separate owner. The building sits on a 10-acre parcel at 1603 Northwest 107th Avenue.
“This was an excellent buy for us, and we plan on keeping the current tenant in place as long as the rent payments remain current,” said Edward W. Easton, CEO and Chairman of The Easton Group.
