B2K, developers of The Boardwalk, the luxurious Long Beach oceanfront condominiums, and neighboring ultra luxury rental residences, The Breeze, both of which offer breathtaking oceanfront views, have announced the signing of a lease with “YogaSix,” a new studio adjacent to these properties that will offer a unique and serene escape for yoga enthusiasts.
David Burman, a B2K partner, stated, “We have been deliberate regarding who we sign for our premiere retail space that sits beside The Boardwalk and The Breeze, which fronts the Atlantic. We not only want to advance wellness for those who will reside in these communities, but all city residents who wish to practice yoga in a welcoming and soothing environment that is one with Mother Nature.”
The studio will feature floor-to-ceiling windows that provide unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, creating a calming atmosphere for practitioners who will enjoy the daily cycles of sun and surf.
Burman stated that future lease signings will be forthcoming for the retail space B2K has allocated to both The Boardwalk and the neighboring luxury rental, The Breeze. “But they too, will speak to how we can advance wellness,” he remarked.
Owned by Amisha Patel and Hemant Patel, they stated, “We aim to combine the healing powers of yoga with the natural beauty of the world that sits just beyond our studio. YogaSix has six core formats; Y6 Hot, Y6 Sculpt and Flow, Y6 Power, Y6 Deep Stretch, Y6 Slow Flow, and Y6 101. Y6 has something for everyone, catering to all fitness levels and experiences with yoga.
“B2K has created a space that will open in the Spring of 2025 where Long Beach residents will be able to connect with themselves and nature through yoga. We can’t think of a more profound and compelling place for our clients to experience our various programs,” they continued.
