Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Wendy Dugan to Community Manager of Cardiff Hall Apartments, a multifamily community located in Towson, Maryland with 219 apartment homes. Ms. Dugan, who has worked for CRC since 2018, spent the past two years as Assistant Community Manager of Doncaster Village Apartments in Parkville.
In her new role with CRC, Ms. Dugan will direct a full-time staff of four and supervise all leasing, property management, marketing, resident relations, and special event functions for the multifamily community located at 8001 York Road. With primary objectives of maintaining peak occupancy and assuring operational efficiency, she will also oversee an upcoming capital improvement project valued at more than $230,000.
Cardiff Hall Apartments offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units ranging from 574 to 1,436 square feet of space, as well as two and three-bedroom townhomes. Situated directly across the street from Towson University, the community is within walking distance to the central Towson core offering a diverse array of shopping, restaurant and entertainment amenities and options.
Ms. Dugan brings more than eight years of directly related sales and real estate experience to this new position. As a Leasing Manager for Morgan Properties, she oversaw leasing activities for more than 800 units. Wendy also had several opportunity where she served as a short-term Community Manager at CRC’s Riverstone at Owings Mills. She volunteers her time with The Living Legacy Foundation, a non-profit organization involved with organ, eye and tissue donation.
