Amy Hessel Named Executive Chef for Hotel Revival Baltimore

Amy Hessel, former executive chef at The Tilted Row in Bolton Hill, has been named the new executive chef for Hotel Revival Baltimore.

The 107-room hotel at 101 W. Monument St. is part of the New Waterloo portfolio of properties. Hessel is a Baltimore native who attended Baltimore International College and has a strong following in her hometown.

In her new position, Hessel will oversee culinary operations for Topside, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant; Dashery, its café; and B-Side Cocktails and Karaoke. Guests will have a chance to experience some of her additions to Topside’s menu during Baltimore’s Summer Restaurant Week, July 19 to 28.
