FCP® and Westbridge are thrilled to announce that The Dumpling Factory, a new concept by the owner of the beloved Buford Highway restaurant Northern China Eatery, is now open in West Midtown’s Westside Paper.
“We are thrilled to have opened our new restaurant, The Dumpling Factory, which brings our signature dish to Westside Paper,” said Fan Zhang, owner of Northern China Eatery. “We cater to dine-in and takeout customers, ensuring everyone can enjoy our renowned dumplings.”
Northern China Eatery, under Zhang’s ownership since 2012, has been a staple on Atlanta’s international food destination, Buford Highway, since 2008. With The Dumpling Factory, he has brought his family’s authentic flavors to a new audience in West Midtown.
Featured in numerous publications and online media, including Atlanta Magazine, Garden & Gun, Eater Atlanta, and the AJC, Northern China Eatery is constantly regarded as one of Atlanta’s best restaurants. “The Layover with Anthony Bourdain” also featured the restaurant.
Situated at 950 West Marietta Street, Westside Paper is a repurposed 70-year-old warehouse reimagined by Westbridge and FCP. The mixed-use campus offers a blend of historic charm and modern amenities, providing an ideal backdrop for The Dumpling Factory’s debut.
