Physician-owned group signs 7200 square foot lease for corporate headquarters

Mid-Atlantic Nephrology Associates, P.A. has extended its lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for 7,200 square feet of space at Arbutus Business Center, a 14-acre business community located within the Arbutus section of Baltimore County. The physician-owned medical practice, which operates eight facilities throughout the greater Baltimore region, utilizes the space for its corporate headquarters. Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager, Hill Management Services represented the landlord in this lease renewal.
Mid-Atlantic Nephrology Associates provides a full spectrum of patient-focused services to address kidney-related disorders. This includes the treatment of acute kidney injuries, chronic kidney disease (CKD), end stage renal disease (ESRD), hypertension, kidney stone prevention, amenia and pre- and post- kidney transplant care. The group primarily draws patients from Baltimore City and Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard Counties.
The group leases space within 1589 Sulphur Spring Road, a 42,000 square foot office/warehouse building featuring dock and drive-in loading docks.
