JLL arranges new lease that bolsters diverse tenancy attracted to amenity ecosystem in Vornado’s PENN DISTRICT
JLL announced today it has completed a new lease for pioneering biotechology company LB Pharmaceuticals Inc at PENN 1, the 55-story tower redeveloped by Vornado Realty Trust as part of THE PENN DISTRICT, the reimagination of the neighborhood surrounding Penn Station.
LB Pharma is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel therapies for the treatment of neuropsychiatric diseases, including schizophrenia. LB Pharmawill relocate and expand from 575 Madison Ave. in the third quarter of 2024 to occupy 8,906 square feet of space on the 10th floor of PENN 1 with administrative and executive offices.
Located at the intersection of 34th Street and Seventh Avenue,PENN 1 is a 2.5 million-square-foot tower with breathtaking 360-degree views of the city and direct access to Penn Station and the new Moynihan Train Hall.
