Office Building Near Inner Harbor Sells at Auction for $1.26 Million

A four-story office building near Baltimore’s Inner Harbor sold at auction on Tuesday for $1.26 million.

The 25,000-square-foot building at 111 Water Street received a top bid of $1.2 million and a 5 percent buyer’s premium brought the total price to $1.26 million.

Alex Cooper Auctioneers handled the online sale of the building, which is two blocks from the Inner Harbor shoreline and zoned for commercial use. It has 47 feet of frontage along E. Lombard Street and 49 feet of frontage on Water Street. With floor plates of about 6,400 square feet, the building contains a vacant restaurant space on the first level, facing Water Street, and office space above. Much of the space was renovated within the last 10 years.
