Kristin Wilson CNN Supervising Producer Joins ROKK Solutions as Senior Vice President

ROKK Solutions adds Kristin Wilson, supervising producer at CNN, as Senior Vice President.

“As CNN’s top producer commanding the coverage of the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, Kristin has had her finger on the pulse of Washington for years,” said Ron Bonjean, Co-Founder and Partner at D.C.-based ROKK Solutions.

Wilson, states a release, is an expert at navigating a newsroom and covering the nation’s capital. She most recently served as the supervising producer at CNN and spent the last seven years managing the network’s coverage of Congress – along with serving as a senior producer for CNN’s State of the Union. During her tenure at CNN, she covered the most compelling stories of a generation including multiple government shutdowns and debt ceiling debates, Covid and several House Speaker races. Wilson also produced the coverage of the company’s award-winning January 6th coverage.

“Telling people what they need to know, and why they need to know it has been more than my job, it’s been my passion for the past 28 years,” said Wilson. “I look forward to this new chapter of my career where I can leverage my deep understanding of what it takes to break through the 24/7 news cycle and have impactful stories told for ROKK’s clients.”

Rodell Mollineau, Co-Founder and Partner at ROKK Solutions, added that Wilson’s expertise extends beyond Capitol Hill having served as a producer of ABC’s Nightline, a Pentagon producer for FOX News during the Iraq War and a producer for NBC’s award winning Rock Center.
