Elisabetta’s Ristorante, Bar and Pizzeria’s West Palm Beach location, and its recently opened Bar Capri, a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the West Palm Beach Waterfront, will offer guests the opportunity to dine while enjoying the July 4th fireworks. The fireworks begin just after 9 p.m. and can be viewed from both Elisabetta’s patio or from Bar Capri.
Bar Capri has a 75-seat covered bar area and serves Elisabetta’s bar bites and pizza, as well as cocktails, wine, and beer, Monday-Friday starting at 4 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays starting at 12 noon. Elisabetta’s opens daily at 11:30 a.m.
Elisabetta’s is led by Big Time Restaurant Group’s Corporate Culinary Director Lisabet Summa. The first Elisabetta’s opened in 2019 on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. The 300 seat, 10,000 square foot restaurant, located at 185 Banyan Boulevard in West Palm Beach, includes a massive multi-tiered patio overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The patio features a 25’ tall fireplace, an indoor/outdoor bar, a 19th century gelato cart, and four vintage gazebos. In addition, the restaurant has a 12-seat private dining room.
“Elisabetta’s has one of the most spectacular views in Palm Beach County, overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, with views of stunning yachts and Palm Beach, along with the July 4th fireworks,” said Lisabet Summa.
The restaurant serves dinner seven nights a week, lunch Monday-Friday, and brunch, served Saturdays and Sundays. For more information, visit Elisabettas.com.
