Hark Raises $3.5M in Seed Funding

Hark, a NYC-based provider of a Voice of Customer platform, raised $3.5M in seed funding.

The round was led by Oceans Ventures, with participation from Converge VC, Atman Capital, Alumni Ventures, BDMI Fund, Tenzing Capital and strategic angel investors.

The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach, as well as to continue to build out additional features of the platform.

Led by Fran Brzyski, CEO and Co-Founder, and Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer Matt Ring, Hark provides a Voice of Customer (VoC) platform whose capabilities include video and audio customer feedback, AI-driven sentiment and data analysis and streamlined customer support. Going beyond traditional customer feedback tools, the platform opens pathways for customers to communicate with companies; with the help of AI, it can then speed resolution of issues, perform detailed sentiment analysis across multiple customer touchpoints, and glean customer insights at scale.

The solution is already in use at a number of companies.
