Coastal Construction Group, one of the largest general contractors in the Southeast, has announced the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) approval for Terrazul, a new student housing development for Florida International University.
The student residences are located across from the FIU campus at 700 SW 107th Avenue in the University City district. The student housing complex comprises 22 floors and 932 units, along with 20,000 SF of amenity space, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor pool and sunset deck, sky lounge, conference room, ample study spaces, club room, game room, barbecue grills, running track pathway, dog park/walk, and more.

The Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for FIU’s Terrazul Student Residences was achieved on May 24th. The project was designed by Niles Bolton Associates, with Coastal Construction Group serving as the general contractor. The developers are Adam America Real Estate and JW Capital Management.
