BTI Partners Sells Land in Crossprairie Community to Beazer Homes for $6.58 Million

BTI Partners, a leading real estate and land developer in Florida, is helping address Central Florida’s housing shortage with the recent sale of ready-to-build land to a national homebuilder. The Fort Lauderdale-based company has sold a portion of its Crossprairie master-planned community to Beazer Homes for $6.58 million.

The site is entitled for the construction of 245 homes within the highly sought-after Crossprairie master-planned community in Osceola County’s East Lake Toho district. Beazer Homes, a renowned national homebuilder, plans to develop the site with single-family and townhomes, catering to the growing demand for quality housing in the region.

Located 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport and about 30 minutes from downtown Orlando, Crossprairie is part of the East of Lake Toho Conceptual Master Plan Area, which is slated to offer 50,000 new homes. The community will offer a wide range of amenities, including bike lanes, pedestrian trails, linear parks, green spaces, and nature preserves, all interconnected by an extensive hiking and pedestrian trail system.

Other national home builders actively developing sites within BTI Partners’ Crossprairie include Meritage Homes, Jones Homes and M/I Homes. BTI Partners’ Crossprairie project is approved for a total of 5,200 homes, townhomes, and apartments, with plans for an urban center featuring 1 million square feet of commercial space, 1.9 million square feet of office space, and 600 hotel rooms, once the new Turnpike interchange is completed in 2026.
