Thuy Luong of Boston, Massachusetts, was installed as an ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) of the Institute of Real Estate Management during the recent IREM Boston Education Tradeshow and Industry Partners Vendor Expo at Granite Links Ballroom in Quincy.
Luong is an assistant property manager with Housing Management Resources, Inc. AMO in North Quincy. Presiding over her swearing in ceremony was 2016 IREM International President Christopher Mellen.
The installation occurred during the all-day June 5th education and vendor expo which was attended by 110 and featured 19 vendor booths and three educational workshops.
The ARM residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully. As such the ARM designation is widely recognized in the residential property management industry with recipients noted for demonstrating excellence in residential property management.
“It’s a pleasure to announce Thuy’s achievement,” said Chris Salamanis-Rivera, 2024 president of IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 and Vice President, Learning and Development with Beacon Communities. “ARM certification is highly valued within the property management industry, and attaining its designation is a professional milestone.”
