GFP Real Estate, LLC is pleased to announce that Big Apple Occupational Safety, Inc. (BAOS), a leading provider of online and in-person environmental safety training and consulting, has signed a 10-year lease extension for its 4,760 square feet of office space on the 24th floor of 505 Eighth Ave.

Allen Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord and the tenant in the direct lease transaction.  BAOS first moved into the building in 1993.

“BAOS has been a tenant at 505 Eighth since the early nineties,” said Gurevich.  “We are thrilled that BAOS will continue its occupancy at the building long term.”
