Joseph Alberghini Joins Eastern Bank As Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Team Leader

Eastern Bank is pleased to welcome Joseph Alberghini as a Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Team Leader. Mr. Alberghini brings deep experience in lending to the Middle Market with a particular focus on family-owned businesses.

Mr. Alberghini, who most recently served as Senior Vice President – Middle Market Division at Citizens Bank, worked across roles in commercial banking, portfolio management and credit analysis. He oversaw a commercial loan portfolio consisting of over 100 Middle Market relationships and was responsible for Middle Market lending in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. He brought extensive experience delivering a full breadth of services to companies, including loan products, treasury management solutions, currency, commodity and interest rate hedging, debt capital markets, as well as merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory services. Mr. Alberghini earned a Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Management. He is a volunteer mentor for Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) and lives in Natick, MA.
