Jonathan Fields to Present at the MCLE

On June 11, 2024, Jonathan Fields, Co-founder at Wellesley law firm, Fields and Dennis LLP, will be presenting for the MCLE at a session entitled “When 50/50 Isn’t Fair – An equitable division in a divorce is not always equal.”

Program Description

Many divorce cases end up resolving—either after trial or by negotiated agreement— with a 50/50 division of assets. Many times, this is the “right” result. But when should there be a disparate division of assets?
