NexPhase Capital Invest in Insurance Systems

NexPhase Capital, LP, a thematically driven and operationally focused private equity firm, announced today that it has made an investment in Insurance Systems Inc., a provider of enterprise software solutions to the property and casualty insurance industry. NexPhase’s investment will help enable ISI’s continued growth in its existing markets, position the Company for expansion into adjacent markets and facilitate continued product improvements designed to allow for more integrations, faster implementation and enhanced analytics for new and existing customers. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Toronto, Canada, ISI is a leading policy administration system provider for property and casualty insurance carriers in the U.S., Canada and globally. The Company’s flagship product, ISI Enterprise, allows insurance carriers to manage the full policy lifecycle, including policy administration, claims, billing, accounting and reinsurance.
