Uptown Park To Bring Stylish New Apartment Homes To Highland Springs

Excitement is building once again at Highland Springs, an Erickson Senior Living community in North Dallas, Tex.!

Uptown Park, the community’s newest residence building, will open this year–following closely on the launch of Cypress Landing, which began welcoming new residents in November.

“These two new residence buildings in Eastside Neighborhood, Highland Springs’ third and final neighborhood, will meet the increasing demand for vibrant, worry-free retirement living,” says Sales Director Christina Christie.

High quality design

With 80 spacious, maintenance-free apartment homes and convenient access to the many amenities across the 89-acre campus, Uptown Park is certain to be a big hit.

“The residences in Uptown Park will continue Erickson Senior Living’s tradition of offering the highest quality in design and building standards,” says Christie. “Cypress Landing was nearly 85% sold out before it even opened. If you’re interested in moving to Highland Springs, now’s the time!”

Apartment homes in Uptown Park will grant new residents the opportunity to choose from the community’s most popular floor plans, with one- and two-bedroom designs ranging from 800 to 1,545 square feet.

“We pay very close attention to what future residents are looking for,” says Christie. “As a result of their input, all one-bedroom floor plan designs are now equipped with a full and a half bath.”

All apartment homes will also feature large picture windows, bright and open living areas, spacious bedrooms, and walk-in closets. Each well-designed kitchen includes updated appliances and plenty of storage.

“Plus, the majority of our floor plans will include modern finishes such as quartz countertops, which are stylish and durable,” Christie says.

Four stylish color schemes have been selected for this new addition, offering a variety to meet the preferences of our prospective residents.

Indoor and outdoor living

“One of our most popular features is the large porch that wraps around corner apartment homes,” Christie says.

“We included those at Cypress Landing and are offering a number of them in Uptown Park so residents will be able to step out into the great outdoors and enjoy the lush views of campus and the courtyard,” she adds.

Many floor plans will also feature a den or dining room, which only adds to the spacious feel.

And, as with all Highland Springs apartment homes, these new additions will be low on maintenance and big on style!

“All maintenance and repairs are handled by General Services, which means that you have more time to enjoy everything the community has to offer,” notes Christie. “And when you come home after a day of club meetings and catching up with friends, you’ll be greeted by a cozy yet elevated living space.”

Amenities galore

Uptown Park will also include amenity spaces like a classroom, media room, and shared areas where you can sit and chat with neighbors, read, or just relax.

Well-landscaped walking paths will connect Uptown Park to Cypress Landing, which boasts its own array of amenities.

And because all buildings are connected via climate-controlled walkways, residents will also have access to Eastside Village Clubhouse–the community’s newest hub of activity.

With a fitness center, lounge, updated woodshop, pickleball court, and a reading room, there’s plenty to explore. Eastside Village is also home to the Crescent Club, Highland Springs’ newest restaurant, with a 53-seat bar and outdoor dining.

“The Crescent Club has been a real hit,” says Christie. “It’s perfect for getting to know new neighbors over a specialty cocktail or enjoying an al fresco meal with friends.”

The flagship Chisholm’s Restaurant, Lone Star Pub, and fast-casual White Rock Bistro are also popular. Not to mention Table Eighty-Ninety’s exquisite dining experience and delicious dishes, including pasta, steak, and seafood!

“Our amenities are a real draw for retirees,” Christie says. “Multiple restaurants, a bocce court, woodshop, and creative arts studio will be right outside their door.”

‘Don’t wait’

As construction on Uptown Park progresses, current residents and staff members alike are eager to welcome even more retirees to the vibrant community.

“If you’ve been thinking about a move to Highland Springs, act now,” she adds. “Although Highland Springs is growing, Uptown Park is part of the community’s final neighborhood. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to secure the perfect apartment home and a maintenance-free lifestyle!”
