BOSTON & NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Stone-Goff Partners, a lower middle-market private equity firm investing in technology-driven business-to-business service companies, today announced the acquisition of Inteserra, a premier compliance and advisory firm focused on the telecommunications industry, by SGP portfolio company JSI. The acquisition of Inteserra further enhances JSI’s ability to support telecommunications clients throughout the Unites States with comprehensive regulatory compliance and tax resources. 

Inteserra specializes in providing a complete compliance solution through regulatory reporting, transactional tax services and advisory services. Inteserra also offers a compilation of telecom deadlines, resources and orders through its proprietary i360 platform.
