ANF Group, a full-service construction and development firm, continues expanding its leadership team by promoting Tom Kosier to the role of director of preconstruction and hiring Becky Weir as director of marketing.

In his new position, Kosier will play a pivotal role in overseeing all preconstruction activities, including estimating, bidding, project planning, and client relations. As the former Chief Estimator, Kosier brings over 23 years of industry experience and expertise to his new role. His ability and willingness to learn new sectors, techniques, job roles, strategic leadership, and dedication to excellence have driven the success of ANF Group’s preconstruction efforts over the past 11 years. He has been instrumental in the preconstruction phases of several recent ANF projects, including Baptist Health Plantation, Broward Sheriff’s Office Training Center, and Village View.
Kosier will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in his new capacity. He will lead the estimating team, oversee bid management, collaborate on project planning and scheduling, and engage with clients to explore business development opportunities. He embodies our culture as a team-focused, decisive leader with a heightened sense of excellence, integrity, and personal responsibility. Kosier holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Summa Cum Laude, from the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida.
As director of marketing, Weir will report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and lead the marketing department with a laser focus on cultivating programs, deliverables, and engagement strategies. Through a holistic omnichannel approach, she aims to amplify sales growth, enhance communications, and fortify the company’s brand identity. She has an extensive background spanning over 20 years in the A/E/C and Commercial Real Estate industries, having worked for two of South Florida’s prominent construction companies and served as a consultant for various national clients. As a seasoned leader in branding, business development, and communications, Weir has earned accolades for her skilled direction of marketing efforts. She’s active in several professional organizations, such as the Association of Proposal Management Professionals, the American Institute of Graphic Arts, and the Data Visualization Society. In addition, Weir gives back to her community by volunteering at Habitat for Humanity Broward, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Boca Helping Hands. She holds a BFA in Visual Communications from American Intercontinental University.
