CREW Miami June Program Sheds Light On Condo Association Laws & More

Commercial Real Estate Women Miami (CREW Miami), the Miami chapter of the global organization CREW Network, announces its June program focusing on updates to Florida Condo Regulations. All are welcome to attend “Florida Condo Regulations: Recent Changes in Building Codes and Reserves Requirements”, have lunch, learn, and network on June 19, 2024, from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.

The panel discussion will take place at the Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, 3000 Florida Ave., Miami, FL 33133. The cost to attend is $75 for Members and $95 for Non-Members if registering prior to June 19th at midnight online at crew.eventsair.com/2024-mia-condo-regulations-june. The walk-in rate is $85 and $105, respectively.

  • Singer specializes in the preparation of condominium and community governing documents, state and federal registrations, negotiation of purchase agreements for pre-construction condominium units, and representation of developers at end-unit closings and project grand openings. Greenberg Traurig is a multinational law and lobbying firm founded in Miami in 1967.
  • Lastre launched her own agency in 2023, partnering with an expert in insurance service and operations. Her clients benefit from her experience in managing claims and audits, seeking her advice on optimizing their insurance portfolios. Highlight Risk Services is a boutique agency that specializes in providing top-notch insurance & risk management solutions to growing businesses.
  • Moreno has an extensive background in enforcement operations and administrative processes related to the Florida Building Code, Miami-Dade County Codes, and applicable Florida statutes, promoting the well-being and safety of residents and neighborhoods.
