Greysteel is excited to introduce Nate Cleland as an Investment Sales Advisor and Chuck Rich as a Co-Leader of the Medical Office Group, forming a formidable leadership team to guide this new division. Mr. Cleland joins Greysteel with a distinguished 15-year tenure in the industry, focusing on the investment sales of medical office and retail assets. His notable career milestones include spearheading transactions exceeding $70 million with Sands Investment Group from 2021 to 2023 and earning the CREXI Platinum Broker Award in 2021. With an academic background featuring a B.S. in Business Management from Bucknell University, Mr. Cleland has honed his skills in tenant leasing, asset management, and complex financial structuring to support clients’ growth and strategic investments.
Alongside him, Chuck Rich brings nearly two decades of industry acumen, significantly enhancing the division’s capabilities. His prior experience encompasses a pivotal role in the acquisition of multifamily properties, contributing to a company’s impressive expansion to over 3,000 units. Additionally, he spearheaded the financing of over $225 Million in combined debt & equity. With a B.B.A. from Drexel University, Mr. Rich’s diverse experience includes not only investment sales and net lease transactions but also project management and financing across various real estate segments. His previous ventures include multifamily developments in key urban markets and a thriving career in life insurance sales.
